Appointment Descriptions

TitanX Follow Up

This 30-minute, in-person follow-up appointment is designed for established Men’s Health patients to review progress, adjust treatment plans, and address ongoing health goals.

TitanX Telehealth Follow Up

This 30-minute telehealth follow-up appointment allows established patients to connect virtually for continued care and treatment management. Patients must have access to a reliable device equipped with a functioning camera and microphone to participate in the virtual visit.

In accordance with New York State regulations, patients must be physically located within New York State at the time of their telehealth appointment.

Initial Consult

This 60-minute, in-person appointment is for new patients who have already completed their Discovery Call and have received their lab results. During your visit, we’ll review your health history, discuss your lab findings in detail, answer your questions, and develop a personalized treatment plan based on your goals.

TitanX Initial Consult appointments are reserved for new patients only. To schedule this appointment, you must have completed your initial Discovery Call and received your laboratory results. If you still need to schedule a Discovery Call, please do so HERE.
