Erectile Dysfunction (ED)
Erectile dysfunction is the inability to attain or sustain an erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual performance.
It’s often multifactorial, with potential etiologies including vascular insufficiency, neurogenic disorders, endocrine abnormalities (such as low testosterone), psychological conditions, and medication side effects.
At TitanX Men’s Health, we utilize a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to diagnose the underlying cause and develop individualized treatment plans to optimize sexual function and overall health.

Premature Ejaculation
Premature ejaculation is characterized by ejaculation that occurs sooner than desired, either before or shortly after penetration, often with minimal sexual stimulation and before the individual wishes it. It is one of the most common male sexual disorders and can be classified as either lifelong (primary) or acquired (secondary).
Contributing factors may include neurobiological sensitivity, psychological stressors, or comorbid conditions such as erectile dysfunction.

How Can I Fix My Erectile Dysfunction?
Our approach is rooted in evidence-based medicine and personalized care.
We conduct thorough assessments to identify underlying causes—whether vascular, hormonal, neurological, or psychological—and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
Treatment options may include lifestyle modifications, hormone optimization, medications, behavioral strategies, and referrals for counseling when appropriate.
