Appointment Descriptions

Please use the online scheduling application below for the following appointment types

TitanX Injection Training

15-minute, hands-on training appointment designed to teach proper injection technique, site selection, needle handling, and safe disposal—giving you the confidence to administer your medication safely at home.

TitanX Telehealth Follow Up

This 30-minute telehealth follow-up appointment allows established patients to connect virtually for continued care and treatment management. Patients must have access to a reliable device equipped with a functioning camera and microphone to participate in the virtual visit.

In accordance with New York State regulations, patients must be physically located within New York State at the time of their telehealth appointment.

TitanX Initial Consult

This 60-minute, in-person appointment is for new patients who have already completed their Discovery Call and have received their lab results. During your visit, we’ll review your health history, discuss your lab findings in detail, answer your questions, and develop a personalized treatment plan based on your goals.
