Men’s Health Membership
Please review the following information to familiarize yourself with the onboarding process for TitanX Men’s Health
1) Schedule a Free Discovery Call
This initial step involves scheduling and gathering some essential personal and financial details from you. A payment method will be needed through our secure processor. You won’t incur any charges until you consent to a membership during our onboarding session. To proceed, simply click the button below.


2) Discovery Call
In this 10-15 minute (phone) session, TitanX Men’s Health will address any questions you have and assist you in determining whether a Men’s Health membership is suitable for you.

3) Membership Enrollment
You will receive required medical questionnaires that must be completed prior to any laboratory orders being placed.
Once the decision is made to proceed with the above mentioned questionnaires and laboratory evaluation, a non-refundable consultation fee of $149 will be collected. This fee applies whether or not the patient schedules or attends an in-person consultation. The consultation fee will be credited to your first months membership fees if you elect to enroll in a membership at the time of the in-person consultation.


4) Schedule an Initial Consultation
Once your lab testing results, its time to schedule an in-person consultation. During this consultation a thorough, 60 minute history and physical will be conducted. Medical decision making and advisement will take place concerning lifestyle, diet, exercise and hormone optimization.
If both parties agree to move forward, you will be enrolled into the appropriate membership tier program. Membership options can be viewed HERE.
If appropriate, medications including testosterone therapy will be prescribed.

5) Regular Follow Up Appts and Labs
When testosterone (or any other medication) is prescribed, TitanX Men’s Health mandates follow-up medical appointments and subsequent laboratory testing.
These follow-up appointments can be conducted either in-person or virtually and are required to take place at least once every 3-6 months.
Laboratory testing is performed every 3-6 months based on the patient’s clinical circumstances.

How much does a Men’s Health membership cost?
TitanX Men’s Health offers tiered monthly memberships. We do not accept insurance.

If I sign up for the Men’s Health membership, and after the lab work and initial consultation, it’s determined that I’m not a candidate for testosterone or other medication therapy, what happens then?
Great question! Not everyone is a candidate for hormone optimization. This will be determined during the initial consultation.
If you are NOT a candidate for medical therapy, you can cancel your membership. However, the first payment is non-refundable and covers/pays for the initial in-person medical consultation. While you may not be a candidate for medical therapy, TitanX Men’s Health will still give you plenty of recommendations concerning lifestyle, diet and exercise.
Does TitanX Men’s Health accept health insurance?
No, TitanX Men’s Health does not except health insurance.
Can I use my FSA card to pay for testosterone therapy?
Most likely…
You are responsible for verifying eligibility with your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) broker or administrator. TitanX Men’s Health does not determine FSA eligibility.
A copy of your monthly invoice is provided and may be submitted to your FSA provider for potential reimbursement.
Most FSA cards may be used for qualifying medical supplies (e.g., syringes, alcohol pads, sharps containers); however, eligibility and approval are subject to your FSA provider’s guidelines. We recommend consulting directly with your FSA broker or administrator for clarification.
Can I use my health insurance for laboratory testing?
Yes. At TitanX Men’s Health, we take great care to ensure all necessary details are accurately provided when ordering your lab work. However, insurance coverage may vary depending on your specific provider and plan. It is your responsibility to verify coverage and potential costs with your insurance carrier.
